The Central Library has the following service units.
Separate section is available in the first floor of library with the collection of 3500 reference copies
Online reservation can be done through web OPAC for a book which is already lent out. Reserved books will be kept separately on the circulation counter for one day for each reserved member.
Faculty publications (Institutional repository) and other publications of the university are available online through the library OPAC.
Photocopy facility is made available inside the library
Newly procured books are displayed at the entrance of the library and also the list is hosted on to the library website. E-mail alerts are also sent.
Digital library with 16 computers with internet at 10mbps is established for the benefit of users in the library.

Central library arranges photocopies of articles from journals, conference proceedings that are not available in its collection from different sources (DELNET). This service is offered within the purview of copyright laws. To make a request please email to librarian@pestrust.edu.in. Requests for journal articles generally take one to three days to fullfill, but may take up to two weeks. Books may take three weeks to arrive.

All the subscribed resources are accessible in house via LAN and remote access is provided through Knimbus.
User will be assisted in searching database in digital library by library staff.
Book bank facility for all students under which students can borrow 3-4 books for a whole semester and for SC/ST students 2 extra books under SC/ST book bank scheme.
Issue and return of books on loan for a period of 14 days
Provides an expanded, integrated service point of the library. This service focuses on helping researchers locate specific journals, books, search databases and capture search results at their point of need, as a complement to the in¬depth research assistance available from the Reference Desk.
All books loan from the circulation desk can be renewed on condition that there is no one requesting for the same items. All loans subject to recall in accordance with library regulation. Borrowers are responsible for returning their loans on or before the specified due dates.
Orientation is conducted once in every semester compulsorily and as and when demand placed by users.As part of our user awareness program, the library regularly organizes orientation / Training programs on library resources and services. Members can meet the Librarian for discussions, if any at any time.
Library is functional on all week days and remains open for 12 hours a day.
